MHI Collection Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
Tablescaped Pty Ltd atf the Tasinato Cornu Trust, ABN 32 534 358 745, PO box 31 Highett, Victoria, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion period
Entries open at 6am AEDT on Friday 6 November 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday 17 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Who can enter
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over who have an Australian delivery address. Employees of the Promoter and of Maine House Interiors, and their immediate family members, can’t enter.

4. How to enter
During the Promotion Period, go to [page link] and:

• Enter your first name and email address.
• Tick the box agreeing to receive marketing emails from Tablescaped (you can unsubscribe at any time and remain in the draw).
• Tick the box confirming you follow @tabl.escaped and @mainehouseinteriors on Instagram.
• Click “Enter Now”.

Entry is free. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, late, or from the same person more than once are invalid.

5. Prize
One (1) prize: the MHI Collection Tablescape Set, The Collector’s Suite, with a total value of $549.00 (including GST). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. It will be sent free of charge to the winner’s Australian address within 14 days of the winner confirming their details.

6. The draw
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on Wednesday 18 November 2026 in Melbourne, Victoria. The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter, and announced publicly on the Tablescaped Instagram account @tabl.escaped on Friday 20 November 2026.

7. Claiming the prize
The winner must reply to the notification email within 7 days. If they don’t, or if they are ineligible, the Promoter may draw a new winner under the same rules.

8. Your information
Your personal information will be collected and used to run this giveaway, to contact the winner and, because you agreed when entering, to send you marketing emails from Tablescaped. See our Privacy Policy at https://tabl-escaped.com/pages/terms-of-service-privacy-policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting silvia@tabl-escaped.com. The winner’s first name and state may be published.

9. General

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or tampers with the entry process.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this giveaway or the prize. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
• If the promotion can’t proceed as planned because of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may change or cancel it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility in relation to it.
